Background

Les Missionaires Scalabrinian de Montréal bought the Village's centrally located decommissioned church property in 2002 to temporarily serve the community as a welcome and service centre and for migrants and refugees. It is now ready to take on a new important role as the heart and soul of the new concept Village within a Metropolis.
